Our Story

Forged in 2015, Apeiron Parkour is a training facility based in The Hawkesbury, New South Wales that teaches the philosophy and training method's of parkour.

Apeiron means 'Infinite' and within parkour there is an infinite amount of ways you can move!

We develop freedom of movement through an environment with speed and creativity that provides great functional fitness and develops mental fortitude for children, teens and adults.

Programs are run and created by Mr Jared Abbott a trained parkour instructor having learnt the craft from movie industry stunt professionals.

We provide an excellent functional fitness program that teaches you to understand your physical abilities, develop spatial awareness, and find ways to overcome challenges. Developing peak mental state, by Starting Strong and Ending Strong - Committing and Following Through! Following direction and understanding consequences with basic to advanced technique development.

The Phoenix symbolises being able to rise above any challenge in life. Shield symbolises strength, protection and safety as leaders in our community. Infinity Symbol represents the infinite possibilities in life.
